A Fond Farewell to the All Stars, Berklee scholarship and The Shred Chamber!
So to top off my farewell tour with the All Stars, We played a great closer at World Café Live in Philly. I’m sad to see this door close, but my other projects are keeping me busier than ever!
The Berklee Summer Guitar sessions was awesome - I was very fortunate to have received a full scholarship to Berklee College of Music -
I’ve also joined a group run by Chris Gordon called the Shred Chamber – Our premier was at the Delaware Grand Opera House and it was a huge success! I’ll be posting the link to the Shred Chamber soon- we really are looking to tour with this program, definitely worth coming out to see!
The Daily Local did an article about me a couple of weeks ago – a fun read – check out below:

As usual I’ve been really busy working on some unbelievable projects.
My showcase in NYC was incredible! Definitely making way for more solo projects in New York and shortly San Francisco and even London.
The Guest Artist tour with the Omega All Stars this year was with Jon Anderson of Yes. It was awesome, we played great venues in the Northeast and I got to work on a couple of extra gigs with Jon including outside of Grand Central Station in NYC for the Green Apple Festival.
Some of the All Stars got to open for Cursed in NYC – a whole set list of metal!

I played at the First Annual PGSORM Rock Festival – a 2 day event in Asbury Park.
We just got back from Quebec City, for the music festival up there. We played right before Adrian Belew and the Power Trio. We all had a great night despite the pouring rain!
The All Stars are gearing up for the rest of the Summer Tour and then it’s off to Berklee for another great Guitar Sessions week.
Check out the recent pics of the past few months including the ‘80’s’ look for Downingtown!

Hey everyone. I've had a really great beginning of the year. The PGSORM All Stars did a very successful Holiday tour and we're gearing up for an incredible April.
The All Stars have the honor of touring with Jon Anderson of Yes during the last couple of weeks in the month. Check out the Rock School Website at www.schoolofrock.com for the dates!
Also watch out for a great story on the Rock School that will be run on CNBC in May. I'll post the details when I get them.
The Big News:
My showcase is set for April 4th in NYC. I'm so lucky to be playing with the same awesome musicians who helped me with my cd. As well as incredible guitarist, Courtney Cox. This girl can shred! Check out the details and make it if you can. It's gonna Rock!
Big changes in 2006 - A newer cooler website is the most obvious. You’ll be able to check back in more frequently for updates to see what I’ve been up to. I’ll also be posting dates, and locations of places I’ll be playing with the Paul Green School of Rock All Stars so that you’ll know in advance when I’ll be playing near you.
It was a busy and productive year thanks largely to Paul Green and the Rock School for these opportunities:
- First there was an awesome trip to NAMM (meeting some of my biggest guitar heros!) – check out the pics with Yngwie Malmsteen and Joe Satriani.
- I had the incredible honor of playing some Les Paul tunes for the man himself a the MPL live music event in NYC.
- A winter tour that included playing to big crowds in venues like House of Blues in Cleveland, OH, BB Kings in NYC, etc.
- A mini-tour with guest artist Adrian Belew
- Another mini-tour with guest artist John Whetton
- Great Summer Guitar session at Berklee College of Music – where I was awarded a scholarship to attend (sadly, I’m not ready to go yet, still have to finish High School) – Got to see the greatest, Joe Stump yet again
- I signed as a new Artist for ESP guitars as well, - check out the site -
And the biggest news – I got to complete my EP with amazing music producer, James Katz. He was able to hook me up with incredible musicians to back up my music, Van Romaine on drums and Nick D’Amato on bass. It was the best experience! I hope you enjoy the results.
Zoomari Films has also completed my Electronic Press Kit and bundled it with my Bio and Music. Check out the result in the videos.
Special Thanks to Rich Schlansker and Marc Bloomgarden for all of their help. You guys are awesome!

Update 7.6.05
The last couple months have been VERY intense and VERY incredible! Since my last post we have premiered the movie in 4 states and done some incredible gigs in LA , Seattle, and NY. I’ve also had to finish school which meant working in projects and finals in between all this travel. The good news is school is over! And I did well so I can just concentrate on my music for the entire summer
A summary of June-
The first premiere was in LA and we played at the after-party with a few Rock legends Alice Cooper, Stuart Copeland and Jon Anderson! These guys were really awesome, I got to spend some time with Jon Anderson and his family after the show incredible people I really hope to see them again some time.
On to Seattle the next day to screen the movie at the Seattle Film Festival we played with Heart’s Ann Wilson and Pearl Jam’s Eddie Vedder! Eddie was sooo cool! He had dinner with us before the show and spent quite a while talking to us about music, and my playing and a ton of stuff.
We had full press days when we weren’t playing which meant a lot of articles, and t.v. spots to help pitch the movie.
The next week was New York premiere and an after party at CBGB’s. We played with the guitarist for David Bowie’s band, Carlos Alomar. These gigs were a blast
Kevin Bacon and his daughter caught the movie and Paul says he really liked it!
I had like 3 finals the next day so the rest of the week was kind of a blur. After that we premiered in Philly and the reviews came rolling in
Ebert and Roeper gave the movie 2 thumbs up above are just a few links for the reviews. It’s scheduled to come out on dvd in September so keep an eye out.
Last week a handful of the All Stars played in a couple of excellent gigs. First we got to shoot an episode of “Queer Eye for the Straight Guy” in New York. The straight guy was Danny a fired Apprentice and he was throwing an auction for his charity involving inner city kids and music. We played at the event and got to ‘hang’ with the Fab Five. It was a total party! The episode is scheduled to air August 16. Keep an eye out.
We then flew back to LA to open an event for the Guitar Center called Guitarmaggedon which is a contest for guitarist from all over the country. . We opened for Sum 41 but we never actually met them??? Oh well - maybe next time.
Check out the new video clips on line just a couple of samples of my month (comming soon)!
Update 5.18.05
Since the last update, I got a awesome opportunity to rock the house at ShoWest 2005 in Las Vegas with a few of the other Rock School musicians. ShoWest is a big movie industry show and
we definitely brought the goods. We performed for about 1 thousand people and had a blast!
Since January, the band has added a really excellent musician, Katie Jacobi, and she helped us with (among other things) our new image and name (Mach 6). Look us up at Mach6.
I also played in the Tribute to Queen in Philly last week, a couple of new pics are up on the site as well.
Check this out!!! The soundtrack CD is due out at the end of this month and can be pre-ordered on Amazon.com. My Step-Dad heard one of my tracks on the
radio the other day and just about drove off the road.
The Movie:
Things are really gearing up for the movie premiere! I just got back from New York City (yesterday 5.17.05)
where I attended a Press day with Paul Green, Don Argott and Sheena Joyce.
It was awesome being interviewed for Alice Cooper’s radio show (it will air in syndication the week the movie opens).
Also watch out for an article in Spin magazine and the New York Daily News.
The reviews so far are pretty good - see the latest on the links below.

The trailer is all over the place and can also be seen in select theaters –
for playdates, trailers, more info, see the official movie site and the NewMarket site.
Coming up next week, the movie premiere in LA with afterparty show with Jon Anderson,
movie premiere in Seattle with afterparty show with Eddie Vedder!
After that, is the New York premiere and then Philly. It’s gonna be tough fitting in school around the shows,
but you gotta do whatcha gotta do.
Check out the new pics from the shows and the NYC press day.
Old News....
Rock School the Movie will be premiering at the Sundance Film Festival!! You can get more info on the movie
if you want by going to the official site
Don't forget to stop by the Paul Green School of Rock site for the latest Rock School news
In other news... I just finished up a week in the studio recording some tracks for the Rock School soundtrack. It should be out by April or May 2005.
I played my Anderson on most of the tracks with the Les Paul getting some time on "Black Magic Woman". The amp used on all the tracks was a Hiwatt of some sort... whatever it was, it sounded great.
By the way, for you curious types, That IS Eddie Van Halen's frankenstrat in the pic above. The nice folks at Guitar Center, L.A. took it out of the bullet proof case and let me rock-out.
